Production control

Release work with the right revision.

Carry the approved item, BOM, routing, work centre, components, quantities, and dates from the manufacturing plan onto the shop floor.

Control the work, not just the order status

The production record connects engineering definition, material consumption, operation progress, quality evidence, and reported output.

  1. Define

Release BOM revisions, component effectivity, routings, operations, and work-centre standards.

  2. Release

Convert an approved planned order into a production order with required dates and quantity.

  3. Stage material

Reserve and issue the correct components, lots, and quantities to the order.

  4. Run operations

Use job cards to record work centre, sequence, planned time, actual time, and status.

  5. Report output

Capture completed, rejected, and remaining quantities before the order closes.

  6. Trace actuals

Carry material and operation actuals into WIP, variance, inspection, and cost.
